Prince Tatters of Ragbad and Grampa, an old soldier, have to find the king's head, a princess for Tatters to marry, and a fortune to save the kingdom. King Fumbo lost his head in a storm. Our heroes adventure takes them to meet up with Bill a live weathercock, and they discover Urtha, a lovely girl made of flowers--and proceed to fall, swim, explode, sail, and fly above and below Ev and Oz. They eventually meet Dorothy travelling with the Forgetful Poet in search of the missing princess of Perhaps City who has been condemned to marry a monster!
